Shipping
BirdfeedersPlus wants to make sure you receive what you
ordered as soon as you can at the lowest cost. With that
in mind, we give you:
SAME DAY SERVICE
If you order by 1PM CST, your order will be shipped out
that same day. If it’s later in the day, it will be
shipped the next business day.
LOW COST SHIPPING
Since we’re shipping from the Central US via UPS,
your rates will be calculated from fewer zones than most
other companies. In addition the shipping time will be quicker,
usually within 1 – 3 days, depending on your specific
location. (We can also provide express service for an additional
cost.)
We provide you with a way to calculate the actual shipping
cost for your order before you purchase anything. This will
give you the peace of mind knowing the total costs involved
ahead of time & that there are no extra costs of handling,
etc.
RELIABLE SHIPPING SERVICE
We ship all orders via UPS ground which we have found to
be very dependable & reliable.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, we will notify you via
email that it is on its way to you. We will include the
simple steps you can use to track your order so you can
find out when to expect your purchase to arrive at your
home.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the unlikely event of damage to your product in shipment,
notify UPS as soon as possible (800-742-5877) to report
the damage so they can take care of it right away. Then
let us know ASAP (262-786-4636) or service@birdfeedersplus.com
so we can make arrangements to get a replacement to you
quickly.
